Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Investment Director in evaluating target companies for investment decisions;
Help the Director gather and organize pre-investment industry research reports;
Assist in due diligence of projects, coordinate with lawyers, accountants, and industry consultants;
Participate in project negotiations and transaction structure design, drafting investment agreements.
Our team includes former staff from investment banks like Goldman Sachs.

Qualifications:
Graduates (third year or above) from Chinese 985 & 211 universities or those ranked in the top 100 by QS World University Rankings;
Passed CFA Lv1 Exam and CPA ( Part of Courses) Preferred 
Solid foundation in finance and accounting, excellent logical thinking, and analytical skills;
Good team spirit and communication skills, honest and reliable, committed to excellence, with a high degree of self-motivation;
English as the primary working language, fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing (can provide GMAT/GRE and TOEFL scores);
Opportunity to transition to a full-time position.
